Gurugram has no Apple-owned retail store yet (India’s Apple Stores are in Mumbai, Delhi’s Saket, Bengaluru and Pune), so buying in the city happens through Apple Premium Resellers and Authorised Resellers. These carry the full iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch and accessories range at Apple’s official pricing, run the same student and exchange offers, and have trained demo staff. Here are the stores currently operating, verified in October 2026.
1. Aptronix (formerly iWorld) — Galleria Market, DLF Phase 4
Location: SG-01 & 02, Galleria Market, DLF Phase 4. Phone: 080 4495 3813. The old iWorld stores in Gurgaon now operate under Aptronix, one of India’s largest Apple Premium Reseller chains; the Galleria branch is the handiest for DLF Phases 1-4.
2. Aptronix (formerly iWorld) — Ambience Mall
Location: F-110, 1st Floor, Ambience Mall, NH-48. Phone: 080 4495 3812. The biggest display floor of the lot, and the easiest place to compare MacBook models side by side.
3. Unicorn — DLF Cyber Hub
Location: Shop No. 1, DLF Cyber Hub, Cyber City. Phone: 093113 44334. Open late with Cyber Hub itself, which makes it the after-office option; Unicorn also runs the authorised service centres in the city, so sales and repair sit under one brand.
4. Imagine — MGF Metropolitan Mall, MG Road
Location: 2nd Floor, MGF Metropolitan Mall, MG Road, beside the MG Road metro station. The long-standing MG Road option, convenient if you are coming from Delhi by metro.
5. Imagine — Worldmark, Sector 65
Location: GF-11, Tower 2, Worldmark, Sector 65. Serves new Gurgaon on Golf Course Extension Road; an Imagine branch also runs at Good Earth City Centre in Sector 50.
Buying tips
Prices are Apple-set, so stores compete on bundles and bank offers instead: ask about no-cost EMI, instant cashback cards and AppleCare+ pricing before you pay, because these vary between chains in the same week. Exchange values for an old iPhone also differ noticeably between Aptronix, Unicorn and Imagine, so a phone call to two stores before visiting can be worth a few thousand rupees. Education pricing on Mac and iPad needs a college ID and is honoured at all premium resellers.

Apple premium resellers vs the Apple Store: what Gurgaon buyers should know
Gurgaon does not yet have an Apple-owned retail store, what the city has are Apple Premium Resellers and Apple-authorised multi-brand counters. A premium reseller stocks the full catalogue, is staffed by Apple-trained teams and sells at Apple’s official India pricing, so for most buyers the experience is close to the real thing. Apple’s own channels, including the India online store, run in parallel with delivery to Gurugram addresses.
Getting the best deal legitimately
- Bank-card instant discounts and no-cost EMI offers rotate frequently at premium resellers, ask what is live before billing, it often beats the sticker price.
- Student and education pricing applies on Macs and iPads through the education store with valid ID.
- Trade-in programmes accept old iPhones against new ones, get your device’s quote in writing and compare it with resale platforms before deciding.
Checks at the counter
- Insist on a GST invoice in your name, it is your warranty document.
- Check the box seal and that the serial on the box matches the device’s settings screen.
- Activate the device in the store; the warranty clock starts at activation, and activation confirms the unit is not pre-activated stock.
Frequently asked questions
Is the warranty different if I buy from a reseller?
No. India warranty on an India-spec device is identical whether bought from Apple online or an authorised reseller, keep the invoice either way.
Are mall kiosks safe to buy from?
Stick to Apple-authorised outlets. Grey-market imports can be cheaper but may carry no India warranty and no GST invoice.
